The best of all worlds.  This town, the Sailing Capital of the USA, has so much for everyone.  The capitol of the State of Maryland, this town is bustling and full of energy. Situated on the Chesapeake Bay and the Severn River, Annapolis offers many waterfront communities (with beautiful waterfront homes).  But, you don't have to be a sailor to enjoy this town.

The City Dock is the focal point of Historic downtown Annapolis.  This town has been called one of the Best Small Cities in America.  It has the perfect combination - a small town, with proximity to both Baltimore and Washington, DC.  With a wide variety of restaurants, theater/concert venues, a beautiful waterfront and charm, Annapolis is alive all year long and there is something for everyone.
